Stone Laying Ceremony – Asset Avon

The foundation stone laying ceremony for Asset The Avon Bridgetown, Vazhakkala, Kochi, marked the commencement of Asset Homes' 110th project. This event was graced by customers and well-wishers, setting the stage for a remarkable addition to our Exotica category, featuring luxurious 2/3-BHK apartments.

The ceremony began with a warm welcome speech by Mr. Tony John, CEO of Asset Homes, followed by an inspiring keynote address from Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder and Managing Director. Mr Sunil Kumar shared the vision and inspiration behind Asset The Avon, highlighting its significance in our journey.

Mr Sarankumar (Landlord), Mr Sivanandan (Well-wisher), and Mr V. Sunil Kumar conducted the ceremonial stone laying, symbolizing a significant milestone in the project's development. Following this, Mr Sunil Kumar handed over the first copy of the project brochure to Mr Joyal, an esteemed customer, officially introducing Asset The Avon to our valued customers and stakeholders.

Representatives from leading banks, including State Bank of India, Union Bank, HDFC Bank, Federal Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and Bank of Baroda, presented project approval letters, underscoring Avon's financial robustness and credibility. 

A detailed walkthrough of Asset The Avon was released, showcasing the innovative design and luxurious amenities that define this exceptional project. Adv. Liya Thankachan, Ward Councillor, delivered an insightful speech, highlighting the project's positive impact on the local community and its contribution to urban development.

The event concluded with a heartfelt thanksgiving speech by Mr. Venu G, DGM Corporate Affairs, who expressed gratitude to all attendees and contributors who made it a grand success.
