Handing Over of Asset Luminance, 79th Completed Project

We are excited to announce the successful handover of Asset Luminance, our 79th project in Kakkanad, Kochi! This remarkable project, part of our Pink Initiative, was proudly designed and executed by an all-women team, including JV Partner Smita Binod, Project Engineer Tinu Davis, and Customer Service executive Shalini P S . Asset Luminance marks our first ‘Down to Earth’ residence, catering to diverse age and income groups, offering a balanced and enriched lifestyle. This innovative concept is now available in Kochi and will soon expand to Kottayam.
