Festival of Keys – Fortuna & Platina Key Handover: A Grand Start to Delivering Dreams

Asset Homes is proud to announce the commencement of the “Festival of Keys," a remarkable initiative where we promise to hand over 17 completed projects within the next 10 months. This initiative began in the vibrant city of Thrissur, where keys were officially handed over to the proud new owners of Asset Fortuna and Asset Platina, marking significant milestones as our 77th and 78th projects respectively.

Thrissur Marks the Beginning

Thrissur, the cultural heart of Kerala, was the starting point for the Festival of Keys, where the handover of keys for the completed projects Asset Fortuna ( 77th project) and Asset Platina ( 78th project) took place. The evening was filled with joy as new homeowners received the keys to their dream residences, a moment that signifies our dedication to fulfilling promises and creating lasting relationships with our customers.

The evening commenced with the arrival of our esteemed guests, followed by a soothing musical performance that created an inviting atmosphere. The invocation video set a spiritual tone, reflecting our deep respect for tradition and culture.

Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder and Managing Director of Asset Homes, delivered a heartfelt welcome speech, emphasizing the importance of this occasion and the broader vision of the Festival of Keys. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp was a moment of pride, graced by notable dignitaries including film icons Mr. Prithviraj Sukumaran and Mrs. Asha Sarath, alongside key figures from the Thrissur Corporation and our JV partners.

A Celebration of Milestones

The highlight of the event was the official key handover to the proud new owners of both Asset Fortuna and Asset Platina. The joy and excitement were contagious as they received the keys to their dream homes from our esteemed brand ambassadors, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Asha Sarath. This symbolic gesture of trust and commitment reaffirmed our dedication to excellence, as we celebrated the realization of our homeowners’ dreams.

The event also featured felicitation speeches from distinguished personalities, including Mr. Pattabhiraman, Chairman of Kalyan Silks, and the Thrissur Corporation councilors, Mr. Gopakumar and Mrs. Niji, who acknowledged Asset Homes’ significant contributions to the community.

Unveiling Future Aspirations

In addition to celebrating the present, the evening also looked toward the future with the unveiling of the walkthrough video and the brochure release of Asset Pavithram, symbolizing another exciting chapter in our journey. This marked the beginning of yet another thrilling venture as Asset Homes continues to expand and deliver excellence.

The night concluded with the exchange of an MoU between Mr. V. Sunil Kumar and the JV partners of our upcoming Palakkad project, in the presence of Mr. Tony John, CEO of Asset Homes.
