Asset JGT’s ‘Anandamalika’ Breaks Ground in Kochi

Asset JGT, the joint venture between CGH Earth Group’s JGT Living Spaces and Asset Homes, has officially commenced construction on its maiden project, Anandamalika, located in the upscale neighborhood of Jawahar Nagar, Kochi. The announcement was made by Asset Homes brand ambassadors Prithviraj Sukumaran and Asha Sarath.

The launch event was attended by notable dignitaries, including Asset JGT Directors V. Sunil Kumar and Joseph Dominic, JGT Living Spaces Managing Director Thomas Dominic, CGH Director Jose Dominic, Architect Tony Joseph, and Asset Homes CEO Tony John.

Anandamalika is set to redefine luxury living with only 21 exclusive 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, ranging from 3,733 to 3,958 square feet. Joseph Dominic highlighted that this will be Kerala’s first apartment project to offer premium concierge and housekeeping services, setting a new benchmark for residential amenities.

Speaking on the occasion, V. Sunil Kumar emphasized that the partnership between Asset Homes and JGT Living Spaces leverages their collective expertise in the real estate and hospitality industries.
