Asset Homes Became The First Builder in Kerala To Get RERA Approval For 50 Projects

Asset Homes achieved a significant milestone as the first builder in Kerala to receive RERA approval for 50 residential projects since the inception of the Kerala Real Estate Regulatory Authority (K-RERA). The 50th project, 'Asset the Avon Bridgetown' in Kakkanad, was granted approval during a ceremony at the RERA headquarters in Thiruvananthapuram. K-RERA Chairman PH Kurian IAS (Retd.) presented the approval to Sunil Kumar V, Founder and Managing Director of Asset Homes.

PH Kurian highlighted RERA's substantial contributions to transparency and timely construction in the real estate sector. Sunil Kumar V attributed Asset Homes' success to maintaining excellent quality and timely project completion. He emphasized the company's serious commitment to RERA, contributing to standardization in the field. Since the inception of RERA, 50 projects have been approved, benefiting around 3500 users with increased transparency and timely construction. Over 17 years, Asset Homes has completed 76 projects, with 34 projects across 9 districts currently in various stages of construction.
