Asset Homes Announces ‘Fairy Lights’ Foyer Decor Competition for Christmas-New Year Season

Leading builder Asset Homes has launched an exciting competition for apartment and villa owner associations across Kerala to showcase their festive spirit with creative Christmas-New Year decorations. The competition, titled Fairy Lights, invites participants to adorn the common areas of their residential projects, such as the public porch and clubhouse, and submit their entries for a chance to win attractive cash prizes.

Participants need to send photos from three different angles along with a 30-second video of their decorations to delight@assethomes.in. There is no entry fee for the competition, and the deadline for submissions is January 10, 2025.

Winners will be rewarded with cash prizes totaling ₹2.25 lakh. The first prize winner will receive ₹1 lakh, while the second and third prize winners will receive ₹50,000 and ₹25,000, respectively. Additionally, 10 consolation prizes of ₹5,000 each will also be awarded.
